In a non-binding consultation we get to know each other and you give me a first insight into your wishes and ideas. If the basis for a trusting cooperation is right, we will discuss the further procedure and you will receive an offer that is tailored to you and your event. Then we can start with the planning.

Planning, Concept & Design
Everything starts with an idea.
After an intensive preliminary discussion, we will work out a creative overall concept and design for you that includes all the important components of your event, including a daily and budget plan. This gives you and me security and allows for a stress-free planning period.

Organization from A to Z
Now it’s time for implementation. I pull all the strings together to ensure that everything is perfectly coordinated. The search for the optimal location, the organization and coordination of professional service providers as well as the guest and travel management. Of course I always act after consultation and according to your decisions.

On the day of the event, I am of course personally on site and discreetly and confidentially assist you and your guests. I always have an open ear, am the contact person for all service providers and ensure a smooth process in the background. You and your guests will be reliably looked after and can enjoy the event with all senses.
